Pragma-Interwell Agreement Creates Global Platform for M-Bubble

Pragma is delighted to announce that is has signed a cooperation agreement with Interwell, effective 7 July 2026, which grants Interwell global rights to market, commercialise and support Pragma’s proprietary Ultra High Expansion (UHX) M-Bubble plug.

The agreement gives the transformative well barrier technology a truly global platform and support network, via one of the energy industry's most trusted technology and service providers. The formalised relationship between the companies will also see Pragma utilise Interwell tooling to deploy, expand, and install the M-Bubble.

Commenting on the agreement, David Stephenson, CEO at Pragma, said: "When Arild Stein joined us as Product Line Director - Well Barriers, he was aware of Interwell's interest in an ultra high expansion plug, and so conversations began in early 2026 that led to this agreement.
